Things to do
With Aitutaki’s world class snorkelling, fishing and lagoon cruises, make the most of your vacation by booking a half day or full day charter to explore our beautiful waters. Whether you are looking for a day of water sports or island hopping, we can assist you with your itinerary.
Also take up the opportunity to do activities on the main island such as, walking up Maunga Pu (highest point on Aitutaki), snorkelling at Base One (beach at the end of the old runway strip) and meeting with the locals.
We recommend our guests to kayak around Akitua and Ootu Beach with an exception of not going further than the second motu/small Island E’e (refer to Gallery image for outline) . Kayaks are free to use, along with life jackets. Stand up paddle boards and snorkelling gear are for hire. The pool is free for guest use from the hours of 10am – 6pm.
We strongly advise to book a day with Quinton and Melo on their Wet n Wild boat. Covering all sorts of water activities like whale watching (seasonal), kite boarding, wake boarding, fishing and more. Even hosting 30+ passengers on board for any special occasion you might have. They do it all. Incase you are after a day of tanning and relaxing on the Motu, that can also be arranged.
